If a product does not meet your expectations, you have 14 days from receipt to request a return or exchange.

✅ Return conditions:

• The product must be unused and in its original packaging .

• Returns must first be validated by our customer service via the contact form or by email.

• Return costs are the responsibility of the customer , unless the item is defective or received in error.
